1. About this service

Aiseenly is a planned software-as-a-service (SaaS) monitoring tool that will check monthly whether your business appears in AI search engine answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI) and provide actionable improvement recommendations at €19/month.

Important: Aiseenly is a monitoring tool; AI-engine results vary and are not guaranteed. Aiseenly monitors and reports on your visibility in AI answers and suggests improvement steps — it does not control or guarantee how any AI engine responds to queries.

Current status: This page is a pre-launch waitlist. No service is currently operational and no payment is taken.

2. Joining the waitlist

By submitting your email address you agree to:

Receive one launch notification email when Aiseenly becomes available.
Optionally, receive news about other tools from practicalapps.studio — only if you explicitly ticked the relevant checkbox on the form.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting hello@practicalapps.studio.

3. No guarantees

Aiseenly is in development. We cannot guarantee a specific launch date, final pricing, or feature set. If the project is cancelled, we will notify all waitlist members and permanently delete their data.

4. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and materials on this page are owned by practicalapps.studio. You may not reproduce them without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Egységmester Kft. (operating as Aiseenly) shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage arising from your use of this waitlist page or the Aiseenly service, or from any decision made in reliance on information contained herein.

Where Aiseenly is operating as a paid subscription service, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Aiseenly in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. For EU residents, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence also apply and take precedence where they provide greater protection.

For EU consumers: the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version number and effective date at the top will reflect the current version. Continued use of the waitlist page constitutes acceptance of any updates.
