1. Who we are

2. What personal data we collect and why

We collect only your email address, submitted voluntarily via the waitlist form on this page.

Purpose: to send you a single notification when Aiseenly launches. We will not use your email for other purposes without your explicit consent.

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or clicking unsubscribe in any email we send.

3. How long we keep your data

We retain your email address until one of the following occurs:

the launch notification has been sent and a reasonable follow-up period has elapsed;
you request deletion of your data; or
the project is abandoned — in which case we will delete all collected data.

4. Data processors we use

Growth-OS (gos-34a3cd803c.practicalapps.studio) — lead management platform that stores waitlist submissions on our behalf. A data processing agreement is in place.
Umami Analytics (a-c7f31a.practicalapps.studio) — cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics platform. Currently disabled (data-auto-track=false) until you give consent. Does not set cookies or track you across websites.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. International transfers

Your data is processed within the EU/EEA. Where any processor operates outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

6. Your rights under GDPR

Under GDPR Articles 15–22 you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
Erasure ('right to be forgotten')
Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
Restriction of processing in certain circumstances
Object to processing based on legitimate interests
Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal

7. Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Hungary: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH). You may also contact the data protection authority in your country of residence.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version number and effective date at the top will always reflect the current version. Continued use of the waitlist constitutes acceptance of any updates.
